Did you know that the humanitarian crisis in Gaza is one of the most severe in recent history?

Millions of people, including families and children face life-threatening conditions every day which have left them with devastated basic services, crippled food systems and communities struggling to survive.

• An estimated 1.6 million people are facing high levels of food insecurity, which is about 3/4 of the population.
• Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women are especially at risk of these conditions.
• Most families survive on one meal a day or less, and many go entire days without eating.
• Many Palestinians are currently injured, with essential services like water, healthcare and shelter unavailable to them.

These aren’t just number and facts, they represent mothers who can’t feed their children, families without clean water, health infrustructures on the brink of collapse and people in need of aid.

Even though some aid and help has increased over the years, the scale of need still far outweighs what is reaching people on the ground, adn each day without sufficient food, shelter and medication puts more lives at risk.
